- management should stay clam
- service terminated untill complete report issued
- emphasise safety is the king
- showing 200% responsibility to the issue
- managment should be 24hrs ready
- to have PC ASAP and to keep public update

to visit the media actively
opportunity:
- rebuild customer's confidence by flopping the brand
